Common Natural Ingredients For Breast Enhancement

I have made a list of the most common ingredients in breast enhancement supplements and creams as well as their uses and possible side effects.

It is important to note each and every one of these ingredients is NOT recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.  All of the breast enhancement supplements contain a warning that they should not be used while pregnant.

That said, there’s no reason to use this stuff while you are pregnant because you are already rocking a great rack!

Please note, while I have spent substantial time and effort researching each of these ingredients, I am not a doctor, and I am not making recommendations regarding the safety of these ingredients for any specific person.  You should always check with your doctor before taking any supplement.

Fenugreek Extract

Fenugreek is one of the oldest known medicinal herbs.  It has historically been used to stimulate milk production in breastfeeding women as well as an aphrodisiac and treatment for the symptoms of menopause.

Fenugreek contains phytoestrogens which mimic estrogen in the body and increases the production of prolactin, both of which are hormones crucial to the development of breast tissue.

Side effects of fenugreek can include diarrhea, abnormal menstrual cycles and lowered blood pressure.  It can lower blood glucose levels, so if you are diabetic, you should only take it if your blood sugar is under control.

Fenugreek is in the same family as peanuts, so if you are allergic to peanuts, you may have a reaction to it.

It’s important to note there is much less fenugreek in breast enhancement products than if you took the supplement by itself, so the side effects will be reduced.

Dried fenugreek seeds have many culinary and medicinal uses.

Saw Palmetto

Saw palmetto is a type of palm plant that has been used for hundreds of years as a food and medicine source.  As a breast enhancer, it blocks the production of testosterone. Changes in the estrogen and testosterone balance in the body can increase breast size.

Side effects are rare, but saw palmetto may interfere with some medications used to treat high blood pressure.

Fennel Seed

Fennel seed is a common spice, but it’s extracts are very high in estrogen.  It has been shown to not only increase breast size, but also help regulate menstrual cycles. This will help balance out the potential of the fenugreek  to interfere with your menstrual cycle.

The only side effect of fennel extract I could find is a very rare incidence of allergic reaction.

L-tyrosine is an amino acid that is crucial to the production of neurotransmitters that regulate mood and emotion.  I’m not a doctor, but my guess is this is a good addition to a supplement affecting your hormone levels!

There don’t seem to be any known side effects of l-tyrosine, although it is not recommended if you are taking antidepressants or medication for Parkinson’s disease.  It is also not meant to be taken long term, but breast enhancement supplements are not designed to be taken for longer than six months anyways.
